A Careful & Personal Service
We understand that VHS tapes often contain irreplaceable family memories.
Every tape is:
✔ Handled individually
✔ Converted with care
✔ Never sent to third-party processing centres
✔ Returned safely by tracked delivery
For additional reassurance, a secure digital backup is retained for 14 days after return and then permanently deleted.
Cardiff Drop-Off & Collection (By Appointment)
If you are based in Cardiff or surrounding areas, you are welcome to drop off and collect your tapes in person by appointment.
This option is ideal for customers who prefer not to use postal services.
Appointments are arranged directly with Graham by phone, text or email.
UK Postal Service (Optional)
If you are outside Cardiff, you may send your tapes by tracked post.
Please include a note inside the parcel with:
• Your full name
• Return address
• Contact telephone number or email address
This ensures we can confirm safe arrival and contact you promptly.
You will receive:
✔ Confirmation when your tapes arrive safely
✔ A clear invoice before any transfer begins
✔ Tracked return delivery
✔ A brand-new USB memory stick included
Clear & Simple Pricing
Pricing is based on the tape’s maximum recording length (the length printed on the cassette, such as 120 or 180 minutes).
There are no hidden extras.

£20 per tape
£18 per tape (2 or more tapes)
Exact address details are provided once an appointment is arranged.
UK Postal Service
£22 per tape
£20 per tape (2 or more tapes)
All prices include:

There are no hidden fees at any stage.
How It Works
